I have been taking Macafem on and off for several years, and I have found that when I don’t take it, there is a significant difference in my mood and overall well-being. I see a more vibrant me, healthy hair, balanced moods, and restful sleep.

Macafem has helped with my night sweats and it helps me sleep through the night. I’ve been taking 3 pills a day for about 5 months now. I’ve recently developed a lot of joint pain and I haven’t noticed any improvements or relief with those problems. I’m not sure if I need to increase the dosage daily to see if it will help with the pain.

I wrote a review shortly after starting on Macafem some 2 months ago. At the time, I was thrilled and though I have seen a recurrence of some symptoms, I think if you are really good about taking the pills, you will do better. For surgery they asked me to stop taking them and sometimes I forget to take them so that has been an issue. Over all though, I really feel as though the hot flashes, waking at night, anxiousness, fatigue are better with this supplement. I only take 3 tabs a day and wonder if increasing the dose would be more helpful.

Macafem has helped with my menopausal symptoms, hot flushes are now gone, sleeping better at night and slowly getting the hormones balanced again

Macafem works wonders! I was having so much difficulty sleeping due to night sweats, and I also had terrible hot flashes during the day. After taking Macafem for a couple weeks, my symptoms went away completely. Amazing! I’m so happy there is a natural remedy to alleviate my symptoms so I don’t have to take prescription hormone therapy.

I have referred your product to many woman. My sister, friends as well as myself all had great results. I for instance cannot get off them since it totally stabilizes my level of hormones. My sister had dry skin & lack of sleep.
