I’m a 56 year old woman who is in the full throes of menopause. Although initially sceptical of any ‘over the counter’ remedy, I started taking Macafem 7 months ago when hot flushes and lack of sleep were causing me major problems. I began on 6 tablets a day and within 2 weeks there was a noticeable difference in both. I reduced the dose gradually as the symptoms of menopause improved and now take only 2 a day to maintain control. I’m 44 and in perimenopause. Night sweats around my cycle, trouble sleeping, constantly feel like I’m on the verge of a yeast infection or UTI. I am 52 years old. I was on a synthetic hormone for about a year and a half because I was having night sweats. Hi, I’m 52 year old, this stuff works I’m sold 100%. I bought 5 bottles of macafem mainly because of the reviews. Anyway I took macafem for about a month and half than I stopped thinking it’s all in my head and also the hot flushes and sleepless nights had gone. I didn’t take macafem for about a month and was thinking I need to return macafem and get my money back I’m happy I didn’t return it. So I thought let me take it for a week or so and see what happens to surprise I was sleeping good and my night sweats had gone my mood was better within a week. I used Macafem several years ago for severe hot flashes and just general loss of energy and for me within the first week of taking it my hot flashes were almost completely gone! I was amazed and felt great! My hot flashes were daily, nightly with no relief! Fast forward many months later the hot flashes have returned with a vengeance and I was suffering again, not sleeping, tired, moody etc. so I ordered Macafem again and started taking it and the same amazing results my hot flashes are almost totally nonexistent! I might get one or two a day, that’s it compared to every few minutes twenty four hours a day! I will stop for a short period of time as it is recommended but I will go right back to taking it, I refuse to suffer when there is a natural remedy! Thank you again Macafem!!!

I’m peri menopausal …. Horrific hot flashes. Several throughout the night. Desperate to try anything. After a lot of research on several products I decided to try Macafem .
After just 2 days I noticed the hot flashes subsided and now are nearly gone. Also mood has definitely improved. Able to now sleep through the night. Did get some abdominal cramping the first few days but those are gone.
I am a petite Woman. I take two a day, morning and late afternoon. Very pleased thus far and will continue to use Macafem as long as it continues to work… Only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it’s still too new for me to rate 5, hope to be back with a 5 star update…..
