I have been using Macafem on and off for over a period of two years. Recently I was put on a synthetic hormone and the side effects were awful. I stopped and starting using Macafem again. I love this product and it definately works. After one month of use I can see dramatic changes in my weight, my hair, my sleep, my complexion, and my mood. Macafem is amazing.

OMG I have been on MacaFem for 8 days and I can not believe the results thus far. For the first three days on this product I did have insomnia and a mild headache which was nothing compared to the migraines I have suffered with for the past 8 years. My hot flashes only came to my chest and never made it to my head causing that funky feeling. By the 4th day I no longer suffered from hot flashes or night sweats, I am sleeping through the night, I can’t remember the last time that happened. I’m 64, I have been on hormones– premarin, then biodenticals for 16 years. Id tried numerous times to get off them and failed due to extreme mood swings and sleep loss. For the first time in about 8-10 years I am sleeping through the night!!! I still have night sweats on occasion but not to the extent that it keeps me up all night and not every night. My cold flashes during the day are not as often nor are they as intense. (No one told me about cold flashes, I thought I was going crazy or had some weird disease) At first I was not feeling/seeing that much change but increased (slowly) my dose to the max of 6 total a day spread out throughout the day. By the middle of my 3rd month I was feeling/living normal again. It has been about 5 months and I have not had any decrease in its effectiveness (something that I’ve experienced with other herbs) I was so worried about those plant hormones and cancer that I didn’t want to go that route. Nor did I want to use hormone replacement therapy. Thank you Macafem for making this herb easy to take.

What a find!!! I ordered this product based on other’s testimonials – I am so glad I did. I started using this product on May 8 (it’s only June 1) by only using 2 – 3 pills a day and what a relief (literally). I suffered with really bad night sweats, hot flashes and no sleep – not anymore!! Most of my menopausal symptoms seemed to vanish. I was having a couple dozen hot flashes every day and about 10 at night. It started the day I quit having my period & it came on like a bat out of hell!! My life was unbearable. I have taken Macafem for about 2 1/2 weeks now & I just can’t believe it. I maybe have one hotflash a day and they are very minimal. I would call it a warm flash. I sleep through the night again – hard to believe. Just thought I would share my great results with you.

I’m quite a cynical person and when I read the sort of thing I am about to write I always feel a bit suspicious. However, I’ve been taking Macafem for just over three weeks and it has made me feel so much better. Prior to this I would feel a bit disoriented and muddled sometimes, couldn’t sleep very well and found I was feeling generally rather low.
I take four a day as that seems to suit me just fine and I’m delighted with the effects they appear to be having. I’m not feeling anxious about silly things, I can sleep better and my mood seems to have stabilized. In short I feel like I did about 20 years ago.
