I am a 53 year old woman that went through menopause 7yrs ago. I have been taking Macafem on and off for about 4 years. I have been dealing with menopausal symptoms for the past 3 years. Over the past year, I have experienced severe night sweats then eventually hot flashes during the day. I could not slept through the night without the help of sleep aids. I tried several different supplements but nothing seemed to help. Hot flashes come back slowly and then go away again, on that cycle. I also take Sleep Cool in conjunction with the Macafem.
