I am not in menopause yet. But I had really horrible periods, hot flashes, migraines and cramping. Since I started taking Macafem all these symptoms have decreased drastically. Also my periods are regular now.

I am 55 years old; 3 years ago I began taking Macafem because I was suffering with bloating, enlarged tender breasts and many hot flashes through the night (6 to 10) and during the day (10 to 20)….i was miserable! Then after just one week of taking three Macafem per day, my bloating and tender breast issues ceased. My hot flashes were cut in half. I have suffered no side effects—they actually seem to give me more energy because of the added minerals and vitamins Macafem contains. I have given many of my friends a 2 week supply just to get them started. I love this product!

Works extremely well. After getting severe hot flashes i tried everything to get rid of them or at least control their intenseness. Nothing i tried worked, then I found Macafem. This product works amazingly!! I highly recommend it.

Macafem has drastically reduced my hot flushes. While not the worst I’ve heard described by friends and colleagues, I was totally acopic with 1/2hourly flushes all day, every day. Now I get 1 maybe once or twice a week. Initially needed maximum recommended dose, but now take just 3/day. So grateful to have found something that truly works.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this worked. After I found the proper dosage for my body I stopped having hotflashes, nightsweats, sleeplessness etc. I tried to find a cheaper alternative but did not have the relief I found with macafem.

This product really works! I experienced a difference after using less than 2 weeks. I’ve only seen a recurrence after getting off schedule for several days. That’s why I keep a bottle in my purse. I don’t want the hot flashes to return.
