Hi. First of all I would like to say your product is wonderful, I have been taking Macafem for 3 Months now and have to say mood swings have improved and libido is back, WOW!. Migraines are virtually gone, night sweats are less often but I have now started taking 3 more tablets a day to see if that works, I was only taking 3 a day.
I have gained 15 pounds and trying to lose the weight but still having a hard time, but again maybe taking the extra 3 tablets a day will help, I am very positive that I have to be patient and more good things will happen.

I used Macafem several years ago for severe hot flashes and just general loss of energy and for me within the first week of taking it my hot flashes were almost completely gone! I was amazed and felt great! My hot flashes were daily, nightly with no relief! Fast forward many months later the hot flashes have returned with a vengeance and I was suffering again, not sleeping, tired, moody etc. so I ordered Macafem again and started taking it and the same amazing results my hot flashes are almost totally nonexistent! I might get one or two a day, that’s it compared to every few minutes twenty four hours a day! I will stop for a short period of time as it is recommended but I will go right back to taking it, I refuse to suffer when there is a natural remedy! Thank you again Macafem!!!
