I am 53 years old and have been struggling with menopausal symptoms for about 6 months. I’m peri menopausal …. Horrific hot flashes. Several throughout the night. Desperate to try anything. After a lot of research on several products I decided to try Macafem .
After just 2 days I noticed the hot flashes subsided and now are nearly gone. Also mood has definitely improved. Able to now sleep through the night. Did get some abdominal cramping the first few days but those are gone.
I am a petite Woman. I take two a day, morning and late afternoon. Thank you Macafem! I am forty five and have had severe PMS all of my life. As I have entered peri- menopause (the years prior to full on menopause) my symptoms have increased. OK GIRLS I am 51 started going threw menop. at age 30!! I had not tried anything until Dec. 2013. I have it all hot flashes, night sweats, Fog Brian ,hair loss, dry skin, mood swings, anxiety attacks, tired no ambition, weight gain, Bloating and NO LABITO!!! So I ordered Macafem after reading the reviews. I got it about a week later, started it the same day it came. The next day I could tell my anxiety was a lot better, within 2 or 3 days hot flashes & night sweats were slowing down, by day 10 h-flashes & N-sweats same as GONE, Moods good, anxiety same as gone! I was able to sleep at night again YA!!! But I still have weight gain, bloating, hair loss, dry skin! I have been taking it now for 3 months. this last week all the h-flashes n-sweats moods, anxiety, everything is Back!! So I am trying another product, to change things up a little. I still have some Macafem left I am keeping it as a change in 2 or 3 months if I need to . FOR THOSES WHO ARE WONDERING IT DID NOT HELP MY LABITO!!!

I have been using Macafem on and off for over a period of two years. Recently I was put on a synthetic hormone and the side effects were awful. I stopped and starting using Macafem again. OK MY FIRST WEEK ON  MACAFEM!!
LET’S FIRST START WITH HOW BAD THE LAST YEAR OF MY LIFE HAS BEEN.
I HAVE HAD ALL THE PROBLEMS BEING EXPERIENCED BY ALL THE OTHER FEMALES WHO HAVE POSTED PLUS MORE!
MY WORST WAS BEING DIZZY IN THE NIGHT TIME. THAT ONE ALONE FOR THE LAST YEAR CAUSED ME TO FEEL SCARED ABOUT MY HEALTH. I WAS MORE WORRIED BECAUSE I SAW LESS FEMALES POSTED ABOUT THAT ONE SO I KEPT RESEARCHING TO TRY AND FIND OUT WHY THIS WAS HAPPENING.
I GOT MY ANSWER SO FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO HAS DIZZY SPELLS ALONG WITH THIS THE REASON IS LOW TESTOSTERONE. THIS GOES RIGHT ALONE WITH LOW PROGESTERONE. BUT LOW TESTOSTERONE ALSO CONTROLS OUR SEX DRIVE. AND MINE HAD HIT THE FLOOR JUST LIKE A LOT OF OTHER FEMALES AND NOT A GOOD THING IN A HAPPY MARRIAGE. THAT MEANT FOR ME I ALSO HAD NO MORE SEX DREAMS OR FANTASIZING ABOUT MY HUSBAND LIKE I USED TOO. AND THE WEIGHT GAIN!!! WHEN U WORK OUT 7 DAYS A WEEK AND WATCH CALORIES AND EAT ORGANIC YET YOU PACK ON 20 POUNDS? I WAS GOING WHATS HAPPENING!! I HAVE FOLLOWED THE SAME PROCESS ALL MY LIFE YET IT NO LONGER WORKS AND I HAVE LOST CONTROL OVER MYSELF.

SO TO GET TO THE POINT ITS BEEN A WEEK ON THE MACAFEM AND SO FAR THE TWO MAJOR CHANGES OUR MY SEX DRIVE AND ATTITUDE. WHEN MY HUSBAND MAKES JOKES OR ACTS SILLY I LAUGH AGAIN AND SMILE , BIG DEAL SINCE THAT HAD STOPPED. I AM HAVING SEXUAL DREAMS AND WANTING TO HAVE SEX AGAIN EVEN MORE THEN ONCE A DAY!
SO AFTER ONLY 7 DAYS OR SO I FEEL THIS IS A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! AND I FEEL LESS WATER ON MY MIDDLE DON’T WANT TO FORGET THAT ONE.
THE FIRST DAY I FELT A DIFFERENCE I SAID TO MY HUSBAND I FEEL WEIRD INSIDE HE SAID WEIRD HOW? I SAID I DON’T NOW KINDA SILLY.
I THINK THAT’S BECAUSE I HAD FORGOTTEN WHAT IT FELT TO BE LIGHT HEARTED AND NOT UPSET OR ON EDGE SO IT FELT NEW AND STRANGE.
I FEEL NO SIDE EFFECTS UNLESS FEELING SILLY IS ONE..
SO I SAW NO ONE HAS POSTED IN A WHILE AND SINCE I’M A NEW USER I FELT I SHOULD POST.  I ALSO READ ALL THE POSTS HERE BEFORE I BOUGHT THE PRODUCT. AND YES I WAS WORRIED I ALWAYS AM WHEN I BUY SOMETHING NEW BUT FROM MY RESEARCH I WAS PRETTY SURE I WAS MAKING A SMART CHOICE.
I WILL POST AGAIN IN A WEEK OR SO TO UPDATE ANY NEW IMPROVEMENTS I HAVE.

I’ve been using Macafem for over 2 years. I am 58 years old, deep into menopause with hot flashes, night sweats, bitchiness, loss of libido etc. Macafem gave me back my life!
