I started taking Macafem on the recommendation of my sister about a year ago (only one a day and occasionally). About 4 months ago I began having hot flashes and night sweats. Hi. First of all I would like to say your product is wonderful, I have been taking Macafem for 3 Months now and have to say mood swings have improved and libido is back, WOW!. Migraines are virtually gone, night sweats are less often but I have now started taking 3 more tablets a day to see if that works, I was only taking 3 a day.
I have gained 15 pounds and trying to lose the weight but still having a hard time, but again maybe taking the extra 3 tablets a day will help, I am very positive that I have to be patient and more good things will happen.

I had been suffering from hot flashes and night sweats that had me sleeping only 2 hours at a time. I felt that most of the time my body had been taken over by an alien. I was miserable. I am 53 years old and have been struggling with menopausal symptoms for about 6 months. I was, like everyone here, getting desperate: hot flashes by day, night sweats that woke me up 5-6-7-8 times at night. Awful. I tried Black Cohosh and other over-the-counter remedies but nothing worked. Got the Macafem as a last resort (and because I prefer herbal remedies to pharmaceutical ones). Was a bit timid at first – 1-2 tablets per day – but eventually upped my intake to two pills three times a day as indicated. Relief! Still have some symptoms but they are much milder and easier to deal with. Took about 4-5 days to kick in but well worth it. If you’re at your wit’s end with peri/menopause give this a try!

OK GIRLS I am 51 started going threw menop. at age 30!! I had not tried anything until Dec. 2013. I have it all hot flashes, night sweats, Fog Brian ,hair loss, dry skin, mood swings, anxiety attacks, tired no ambition, weight gain, Bloating and NO LABITO!!! So I ordered Macafem after reading the reviews. I got it about a week later, started it the same day it came. The next day I could tell my anxiety was a lot better, within 2 or 3 days hot flashes & night sweats were slowing down, by day 10 h-flashes & N-sweats same as GONE, Moods good, anxiety same as gone!
