Since I have been taking macafem I can tell a big difference in my energy level. I’m not so fatigued anymore. I’m not as moody. I feel like myself again.

Been taking for about 2 weeks now. Hot flashes and night sweats are better, maybe 5 in 24hrs, and they don’t last as long. Sleeping is still a big issue with me. My mood seems better, and I do have more energy. Hoping my sleep improves now.

These tablets are great! I have no hot flushes during the day anymore, and just one minor one at night now. I sleep much better. Hardly any PMS pain, and no additional weight gain. I have more energy than before. I have now finished my 3 months original supply and just ordered another 5 bottles.
